Located on the ground level of Base Camp Lodge, Seven Trails Grille offers a casual yet elegant dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Karl Vogelbacher, who studied at Switzerland’s famed culinary institutes, oversees the restaurant. Before arriving at Granby Ranch, Chef Karl served as a sous chef and banquet chef at the Palace Arms and Ship’s Tavern restaurants in the legendary Brown Palace Hotel as well as the executive chef at Atlanta’s Georgian Terrace Hotel. The menu he has created for Seven Trails Grille features an array of freshly baked European and American pastries, gourmet pizzas, fresh pasta entrees, appetizers and salads. A large brick pizza oven is visible from both the restaurant and bar areas. The bar offers indoor as well as outdoor seating allowing patrons to bask in the sun and sip their favorite drinks while enjoying panoramic views of the slopes.

Seven Trails Grille opens daily at 11:00am for lunch and Après Ski until 6:00pm. Or you can join us for dinner every Friday and Saturday from 5:30 – 9:00pm.
